- Tap 👎 and tell us what's wrong (wrong number, closed office, moved location).
- Submit. You don't need an account or email address.
What happens after you send feedback
Every report lands in a queue we review. When someone flags a provider or data error, we re-check that listing against the official CMS provider data our site is built from. Because our listings come from CMS records rather than user submissions, this keeps the site accurate on the next refresh.
What we can't help with
We're an independent directory, not a provider or government office, so we can't book appointments, answer medical questions, confirm whether a doctor is taking new patients, or give medical or insurance advice. For any of that, find a doctor near you and call the office directly.
